Fynelto is operated by Heze Zhimai Network Technology Co., Ltd. These terms apply to use of our store and purchases, subject to mandatory consumer law.

Using the store

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with security, misuse another person’s details or submit unlawful content. Purchases should be made by an adult or with legally valid authorization.

Products and illustrations

Our range concerns pet outdoor accessories. Catalog images generated with AI are illustrative concepts, not verified stock photographs. Props are not included unless explicitly listed. Colors may vary between screens. No unlisted specification, material, size, component, certification or tested performance should be inferred. Contact us before purchase if a detail is essential to your decision. We remain responsible for goods matching the description and for rights that cannot be excluded.

Prices and payment

Review the price, currency, tax, shipping and total displayed at checkout before submitting payment. Our planned sales schedule is USD for the United States. Accepted payment methods are those actually offered at checkout. We do not collect payment-card details by email. Any promotion is governed by its displayed conditions; we do not imply a discount or previous price without a genuine basis.

Orders and corrections

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order. We may contact you about an apparent error, availability issue, suspected fraud or a delivery restriction. We will not substitute an item or charge an increased price without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled or is canceled by us, amounts collected for it will be refunded as required. Email cancellation or address-change requests promptly; dispatched orders may require a return.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of the purchase information. Processing is estimated at 5–10 business days, plus standard transit of 10–15 business days after dispatch. Request ordinary returns within 30 days of delivery. Mandatory remedies are unaffected.

Responsible use

Check fit, attachments and condition before use. Supervise your pet and stop using damaged accessories. No accessory guarantees that a pet will not escape or be injured. Decorative accessories are not restraints; a car seat cover is not a crash-tested restraint. Follow actual product instructions, local rules and professional advice where appropriate.

Content and third parties

Store content is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Do not copy it for commercial use without permission or a lawful exception. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not make us responsible for content we do not control.

Privacy and liability

Our Privacy Policy describes information processing. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods, fraud or personal injury.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory protections available in your place of residence. Disputes may be brought before a competent court at the company’s location in Heze, Shandong, without removing any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Updates and contact

Changes apply from their stated date and do not remove rights attached to earlier purchases. Our Owner is Dong Yuyu.
